Every club needs a door.
Ours has a snout hole.
We’re not a brand with customers. We’re a club with members — cats, small dogs, the odd tomcat with an attitude — and a truly alarming number of group photos.
How this started
It started with one very opinionated cat and one very ordinary carrier. Every trip out was a small cataclysm: the hiding, the yowling, the sad little eyes peering through mesh. So we cut a window. Just a round one, right up front, so a curious face could see where it was going.
The first walk with that window changed everything. Our cat sat up tall, whiskers forward, watching the street like it was the best show in town. And strangers stopped us. Then more strangers. Kids waved. A barista asked for a photo. Somewhere between the corner and the coffee shop, we realized the bag wasn’t the point. The little face was the point.
That window became the snout spot, the ordinary carrier became a cast of characters, and the whole thing turned into a club. Every member who clips in and heads out is a small catalyst for the same thing: a sidewalk full of people smiling at a pet they’ve never met.
People who treat their pets like family don’t want their family zipped inside a box. That’s the whole idea. Everything else is stitching.

Meet the Snoutabouts
Anyone who snouts about is a Snoutabout. That’s you the moment you clip in and head out the door. It doesn’t matter if your co-pilot is a shy rescue kitten, a regal old tomcat, or a small dog who thinks every sidewalk is a catwalk. If there’s a little face in the window, you’re family.
Snoutabouts believe pets belong out in the world, not hidden from it. We swap first-walk stories and cheer on the nervous ones. We celebrate the cat who finally poked a whisker out, and the one who now refuses to ride any other way. And when two Snoutabouts pass each other on the street, there’s always a knowing smile across the block. We call it the Snout Nod. Once you’ve given one, you’ll catch yourself looking for them everywhere.
One walk at a time, it’s catching on. Every Snoutabout who heads out turns an ordinary errand into a little parade, and every stranger who stops to smile is one more person who gets it. That’s not a customer base. That’s a movement.
