Yes. The opening is reinforced so it holds its shape and won’t stretch or close around your pet, and an interior safety cord clips to their harness so they can’t climb out. Always clip the cord to a harness (never a collar), and stay with your pet while they’re riding.

It depends on your airline. Every airline sets its own rules for in-cabin pets, including under-seat size limits, fees, and whether soft-sided carriers are allowed, and there’s no catchall answer that covers them all. Check your airline’s pet policy before you book, and bring the carrier’s measurements with you when you ask. The snout spot is for sidewalks and parks; on a plane, most airlines will expect your pet to stay fully inside.

Gently. Spot-clean the canvas with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air-dry completely before the next outing. Treat the plush ears, wings, and pom-poms kindly: dab, don’t scrub, and skip the dryer. A quick lint roller pass after each trip keeps shed fur from scattering all over the inside.
